wearewennnie13: My baking&cooking Creations!

Baking always my interest, my fav thing to do. I remembered I found this interest when I was very young. I used to love sitting in front of the TV, watching "Food Channel" all day long & started to dream my own kitchen w/ all the utensil and ingredient to play around. Mama is a great chef for me. She can pretty much cook everything and taste sooooo yummmmmyyy!!! But she isn't interested in baking I guess cause she never bake anything for me according to how I remembered my childhood time. So, I literally have nothing on baking stuff in our kitchen. I can only day-dreaming. I also remembered I get so envy w/ some of my friends who their mother does baking and they will bring cookies, cake to school to share. In my heart, this is a dream to fulfill. Now that I'm an adult, I can do anything I wan ;p I started to bake. I feel happy when I am able to bake even though that particular day can b very tiring or rough. I hope I can have my own coffee&pastry shop in the future w/ my own baking creations in it. One day, this dream will come true I believe!

Of course, cooking is part of my life now! I have to admit that cooking can b very fun. Not sure I love cooking or I love food but all in all, cooking and food making me happy! Boyfren always did these, he likes to eat the food that I ordered and I don't like he eats my food when I'm super hungry. We even fight about this matter. LOL
Cooking is a form of art for me. It is all depend on your own creativity. No restriction. First important lesson that a wife need to learn is COOK! I'm learning as much as I can so that I can prepare every meal for my husband-to-be and feed him like how he fed by me now (he gained 10kgs). To be able to cook for someone I love, I'm blessed! & I'm very sure that he loves my cooking very much too ;) The best part of being able to cook is, when he came home, he will go straight to kitchen and give me a big hug & a gentle kiss on my forehead! After dinner, he will remembered to say "Thank You" and of course he will point out and give his comment so that I can improve. This is the best feeling ever and these keep me going!

From Chinese to Western food, different variety. I was thinking mayb I should start a YouTube cooking&baking channel in the future when our new kitchen is ready! How about that?
